Roger Gracie Gomes is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner 10 times world champion. A member of the Gracie family, he is the son of Reila Gracie and Mauricio Motta Gomes. In 2005 Roger won the ADCC Submission Wrestling World Championship.

Professor Lucas is a Jiu-Jitsu black belt instructor who has been teaching for over 8 years. He received his black belt from GOAT Roger Gracie in 2022.

Juniao is the perfect mix of fun, focused, and committed coach. Unlike many different coaches and academies I've been to, Juniao actually cares about your mental and physical wellbeing and takes a personal interest in you as a student. I had a very specific, time constrained objective of what I wanted to learn, and Juniao was capable of developing a bespoke training programme to get me in fighting shape for my Africa expeditions...

...Not only did he get me in shape, but he also provided me with very important martial-arts and self-defence skills underpinned by BJJ and based on 'real life' rather than what you see on films. Importantly, I have several injuries that more often than not dissuade me from doing sports, and Juniao understood this and worked around these injuries giving me time to heal rather than getting worse. Regardless off age or sex, i highly recommend Juniao - you'll see rapid improvement whilst avoiding injuries.
